
On Saturday, 18 April 2026, Tsinghua South East Asia became a vibrant hub of innovation and forward-thinking dialogue as industry leaders, policymakers, and entrepreneurs gathered for “The Power of AI: Transforming Sustainable Enterprise & Entrepreneurship” a dynamic public forum and celebration held at Cloud Lounge, UID Bali Campus. Bringing together key voices from government and industry, the event highlighted how artificial intelligence is rapidly reshaping the future of business while driving sustainable and inclusive impact across the region. The forum was honored by the presence of distinguished government leaders, including Meutya Hafid, Minister of Communication and Digital Affairs of Indonesia, who emphasized the critical role of AI in accelerating the nation’s digital ecosystem and strengthening competitiveness; M. Riza A. Damanik, Deputy for Entrepreneurship at the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs, who shared insights on empowering startups and SMEs through innovation, funding access, and ecosystem development; and Vivi Yulaswati, Deputy Minister of National Development Planning (Bappenas), who underscored the importance of aligning AI advancements with sustainable development goals and long-term national strategy.

A compelling panel discussion brought together global and regional experts, including Amit Gupta, who provided a global outlook on digital ecosystems and the evolving role of AI in entrepreneurship; Peter Finn, who shared practical perspectives on building and scaling AI-driven ventures; and Donald Tirtaatmadja, who highlighted the technological infrastructure and cloud capabilities enabling scalable AI innovation.
