07-08 February 2026 – Tsinghua SEA, Bali
The Mechano-X Institute Conference 2026, held from 5–7 January 2026 at the Awan Auditorium, Tsinghua Southeast Asia Center, successfully convened researchers, academics, and industry professionals for three days of intensive knowledge exchange and collaborative discussion. Designed as a platform for advancing interdisciplinary dialogue in the Mechano-X field, the conference combined high-quality academic sessions with well-structured breaks and seamless logistical coordination, creating an engaging and productive environment for all participants.

The conference officially opened on Day 1 with a warm welcome and introductory remarks from the Chairs, setting the tone for the days ahead. This was followed by the first session of invited talks, where speakers shared cutting-edge research and perspectives. A group photo session provided a moment to capture the opening of the event before participants returned to further academic discussions. Throughout the day, two coffee breaks and a lunch break were thoughtfully scheduled, allowing participants to network, exchange ideas, and build connections beyond the formal sessions. The day concluded with a final invited talk session in the late afternoon, marking a strong start to the conference.

Building on this momentum, Day 2 offered a full day of academic engagement centered around in-depth invited talk sessions. The morning discussions were interspersed with a coffee break that encouraged informal conversations and cross-disciplinary exchange. After a midday lunch break, the conference continued with extended afternoon sessions that delved deeper into key themes and emerging challenges in the Mechano-X field. With two major blocks of invited talks supported by well-timed breaks, the second day emphasized sustained focus, scholarly interaction, and meaningful knowledge sharing.

The conference concluded on Day 3 with a shorter yet impactful program running until 13.00 WITA. The final day opened with an invited talk session, followed by a coffee break that offered participants a last opportunity to network and reflect on the discussions from previous days. A concluding invited talk session led into lunch, officially bringing the conference to a close. Despite its shorter duration, the final day effectively summarized key insights and reinforced the collaborative spirit fostered throughout the three-day event. On behalf of Tsinghua Southeast Asia Center (Tsinghua SEA), Tsinghua SEA extends its sincere appreciation to the Mechano-X Institute, the organizing committee, speakers, and all partners for the strong collaboration that made the Mechano-X Institute Conference 2026 a success.
